With over 20 years of industry expertise, Ron takes pride in operating a successful local business in Calvert County, MD, and the surrounding areas. Beyond business, Ron enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family and friends.

Jenna Fansler-Verrier

Meet Jenna Fansler-Verrier

Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Jenna has 15 years of industry experience. Jenna is Ron's (Owner) daughter and a lifelong resident of Calvert County. Jenna is a multitasker extraordinaire! She oversees our day-to-day operations, which can range from client contact and pipeline management to bookkeeping. She enjoys helping run the family business and spending her free time with her husband, daughter, and son.

Project Manager

As our Senior Project Manager, Rusty manages every detail of your project from start to finish. His attention to detail will ensure a proper and beautiful job is presented to our client at completion! Rusty is a lifelong resident of Calvery County and has over 30 years of industry experience. In his free time, Rusty enjoys spending time with his family and taking cruises.

Junior Project Manager

As our Junior Project Manager, Tommy supports all of our efforts in the field while your project is underway. Tommy works closely with Rusty on our larger projects and also manages small projects independently. Tommy enjoys spending time with his fiancée, furry friends, and family. In his free time, he also enjoys skateboarding and watching the Washington Capitals!
